Select
Forgot Password under Buyer
Services on the blue menu bar. OR
First choose Members on the top menu,
then select Forgot Password under Buyer
Services. |

Enter
your Member ID ( email address for Buyer,
login name for Supplier ) in the input box. |

| 3. |
Click
the button Get activation code for resetting
password. |
| |

| 4. |
A mail
enclosed with new Activation Code is sent to your mail account.
It also includes the instructions to activate your account. Basically,
to activate your account, you can either :
- Click
the link provided in the mail, or
- Visit
homepage, select Account
Activation under Buyer Services
on the blue menu bar. Enter your Member
ID and Activation Code ( included
in the mail ), then click Reset password/Account
Activation.

If you
still have problem in activating your account, try to get a new Activation
Code again. |

Though
you are eligible to login as a member now with the new Activation
Code as the password, we recommend you to change it to a safe but
easy enough to remember one. To update your password, you have to
login first. This time, you need to use the newly generated Activation
Code as the password. See the section Guides
For Updating Your Password for details. |
